About this service
We provide support to parents where one, or both, parents require some support with their mental health or well-being. We also support parents with bonding and attachment with their baby.
A Perinatal Coordinator or Practitioner will offer emotional support and practical help to access services in the local community. We support parents from birth up until their baby’s 2nd birthday and ensure our support is tailored according to your needs and individual situation: We listen and use the information given to provide emotional and practical support to improve outcomes for the whole family. This is undertaken via one-to-one support, therapeutic playgroups, access to Family Hubs and other specialist services.
