We support new and expectant parents and carers in North Northamptonshire with a range of issues, including parenting support, parent-infant relationships, perinatal mental health and wellbeing. We provide safe, welcoming spaces where families can connect, share experiences, and access support for every stage of parenthood from birth and beyond.

Our service is open to all expectant parents and those with children aged 0-2.
We focus on mental health, parent-infant relationships, parenting support and well-being. We’re here to:
- Support parents in building a strong bond with their baby and nurturing their relationship as they grow
- Help parents feel connected to other families and their local community
- Encourage health and happiness and give families the confidence and tools to care for their child’s needs
What we offer
We run a range of groups, activities and services within Family Hubs and other community venues, including:
- Stay & Play groups
- Coffee mornings
- Buggy walks
- Young parents group
- Neonatal support group
- Dads/partners groups
- Antenatal support from 24 weeks of pregnancy
- Structured group programmes with specific topics and aims
- Tailored one-to-one support for parents in need of extra help
