More Information
Providing support to Medway families where a parent may be feeling overwhelmed with their emotional health or wellbeing during pregnancy and the first 3 years after birth, our support service is for parents who have, or feel they are at the risk of a decline in their emotional well-being, including anxiety and post-natal depression.
Key elements of our service have been specifically designed to respond to the impact of the pandemic on families with babies/young children.
We provide support to parents according to your needs and situation. We can provide a trained one-to-one volunteer through our Pregnancy to Three team or Peer Support Worker through our Start for Life service, who can offer emotional support and help to access services in your local community.
We also offer small and welcoming Baby Groups, Baby Massage Courses, Stay and Play sessions, Antenatal courses and a Dad’s Group to develop and improve confidence, enjoyment, emotional well-being, encourage bonding and attachment as well as reduce isolation.
