About this service

We are an adult community mental health & wellbeing project based in Bolton, which supports people with a lived experience of mental health to reach their potential, as defined by themselves.

More Information

We work with adults across the borough of Bolton to deliver meaningful activities, reduce isolation and build confidence. We offer group work to provide a safe space to learn, build friendships and be part of a community and our one-to-one outreach team works alongside people to highlight individual strengths and build a plan to reach self-identified goals.

Co-production and recovery in mental health is at the centre of all of BAND's work.
