PAC-UK, our Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ adoption support agency, who merged with Family Action in 2018, provides specialist support to all those affected by adoption and special guardianship arrangements – reaching over 6,000 people annually.
With your support PAC-UK can ensure all those affected by adoption, special guardianship and other forms of permanent care are able to live their lives to the full, which can be an important step forward in a child’s life, and the beginning of a life-long journey, not just for the child but also for the adoptive and birth family.
Your support also enables access to tailored support such as specialist counselling for adopted adults, helping birth parents come to terms with grief, loss and the stigma that often attaches to giving up or having to give up a child for adoption and our FamilyConnect service helps people uncover their history and trace relatives.
