About this service

At Off Centre, we support young people with their mental health and emotional needs, alongside offering practical advice and information around issues including employment, education, finances, benefits, housing and training. We also offer therapeutic support and psychoeducation through groups, which can also reduce social isolation.

Off Centre is a counselling and support service for young people aged 16-25 registered with a City and Hackney GP. The service is free, confidential, and designed to help young people improve their mental health through access to 1:1 and group therapy and advice and information services.

Off Centre aims to improve the provision of age-appropriate services for young adults by supporting young people with their mental health as well as additional social needs that may impact their wellbeing.
