More Information
We provide quality support across three key areas:
– Residential homes and education support where the child's needs, safety and welfare are paramount to ensure the best outcomes for each individual child. Including a variety of accomodations, each looks to be a true home for each child, allowing young people to enjoy safe, supportive and secure environments that encourage them – as individuals – to reach their full potential,
– Care leaver and aftercare support where young people (16+) are supported to move forward, into appropriate accommodation, and are ready to achieve positive outcomes for themselves and those around them. This includes continued mentoring and advocating for the young person, and
– Therapeutic support where support is provided to looked after children, care leavers and families (adoptive and foster) to enhance the young person's wellbeing and emotional health. Using a variety of methods, support centres around trauma understanding, healthy behavioural management strategies and developing strong, supportive relationships.
