About this service

A partnership between Family Action BAND and Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust, Living Well in Bolton provides support for people to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

More Information

A co-produced service, Living Well work with adults over 18 years who are living with mental health difficulties and want to work to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Living Well offers up to 12 weeks of support with the aim of helping individuals to achieve their own personal goals. Holistic in our approach, our team is a multidisciplinary team, made up of a wide variety of people that each bring their own knowledge and skills to allow the best support available.

We recognise that mental health difficulties can vary hugely from one person to the next and so offer tailored plans, based wholly around individual need. We listen to those we work with, their thoughts, struggles and ideas, and look to build a deep understanding of what is important to the individual. We work, together, to craft a plan which supports improvements to mental health and wellbeing, and, ultimately, quality of life.
