About this service
An adult mental health service, we offer emotional and practical support to anyone experiencing poor mental wellbeing, using a holistic, strength-based and person-centered approach. Through inclusive and personalised support, we improve the emotional health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and young people in the local community.

More Information
Based in Wandsworth Foodbank (The Trussell Trust), Earlsfield Foodbank, and GP surgeries, we offer emotional and practical support to address any difficulties that the guest is facing, whether face to face or by phone.
We use a holistic, inclusive and strength based approach and offer a short term intervention (between 2-6 sessions) which focuses on the outcomes that the guest is looking to achieve. The support may be face to face or by phone and includes an assessment, help to access other community and specialist services as well as providing information, advice, guidance and emotional support.
We support people with their mental health, bereavement, parenting issues and concerns, financial hardship, housing, employment and benefits, relationship breakdown, loneliness, racism, other discrimination. Also, any other issues that are causing a worry or concern. Note: we do not offer crisis intervention or specialist support. For this reason we carefully screen our referrals to ensure that we are the best service to meet an individual's needs.
People can be referred by the Foodbank staff, GP's, other professionals, or by making a self-referral by contacting the office.
