Bromley by Bow Centre joins Family Action to strengthen local support for communities across Tower Hamlets.
The Bromley by Bow Centre has today announced that it has formally merged with the UK’s largest family support charity, Family Action, effective 1 March 2026.
The merger is a significant opportunity to protect and strengthen everything that local people value about the Centre, ensuring residents across Tower Hamlets can continue to access the support, relationships and opportunities that help them live happier, healthier and more connected lives.
All current services will continue without interruption, and the Centre will remain rooted in the community it has served for decades.
Family Action has been supporting families through life’s toughest challenges for more than 150 years. Today, the charity delivers over 150 specialist services across England and Wales, from parenting and post-adoption support, to SEND services, therapeutic help for families, community FOOD Clubs, and crisis grants.
By working together, the two organisations will explore how to reach even more people in Tower Hamlets, drawing on the Centre’s deep community roots and Family Action’s national experience.
The Centre has thanked its supporters and partners for their vital role in its work so far, emphasising that local collaboration will continue to be key to achieving its ambitions.
