The Change4Life service works across Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster to improve the physical and emotional health and wellbeing of children and families through a community-based, holistic approach.
As a Clubs Volunteer, you will support the delivery of fun and engaging activities that help children learn about healthy lifestyles, physical activity, emotional wellbeing and healthy sleep habits. You’ll work alongside the team to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for children and families.
Who you will be helping

Change4Life Lifestyle Clubs Coordinators help families and young people build healthier habits for life. Sessions cover healthy eating, staying active, and getting good sleep — giving families practical support to eat well and keep moving.
