Support for key life events and changes

- Annual Leave: We offer non-managers 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro-rata, increasing to 30 days with length of service to support a healthy work-life balance. Managers join us with 30 days entitlement.
- Sickness Absence: We offer enhanced sick pay, up to six months full pay and six months half pay based on length of service, so employees dealing with health issues have the support they need to recover.
