Flourishing Babies can provide support to you if you are pregnant or have a child under the age of 2 and are struggling with your mental health, feeling isolated or struggling to connect with your baby.
We offer group and 1:1 peer support to improve your emotional well-being, help you feel more confident as a parent and improve your bond with your baby so you can enjoy parenthood.

Providing support to pregnant women and parents with children up to the age of 2 who have mild to moderate mental health needs, are socially isolated or having difficulty bonding with their babies, we offer a variety of support options, through which we aim to increase parents’ self-confidence, improve the mental health and wellbeing of new parents, support the development of positive relationships between parents and their babies and improve outcomes for infant mental health and development.
We deliver peer support, 1:1 over the phone and face-to-face, online and in-person groups as well as a volunteer befriending service. We are currently running the following groups:
- Mellow Bumps (from 20 weeks pregnant)
- Me, You and Us (from birth)
- Watch, Wait and Wonder (from 6mths)Â .
