About this service

Our service provides support to neurodiverse people who experience social isolation, negative thoughts and or thoughts of suicide by providing one to one support and group activities. By helping people to break down barriers we can support people to improve wellbeing and aid mental health recovery.

More Information

Our service provides one to one support to help people recognise and manage thoughts, feelings and behaviours. We will work together to develop individualised plans, identifying challenges and finding solutions. We are able to provide weekly one to one appointments over a twelve week period, focusing on your goals and developing skills in managing emotions.

Our group activities programme is designed by people who attend our sessions, with a focus on working to reduce barriers to community participation, improve independence and build meaningful relationships with peers.

Our service is open to anyone living in Bolton, over the age of 18, with lived experience of neurodiversity. Our office opening hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 4.30pm. Our evening and weekend activity programme runs on a six week cycle. To get involved or find out more about one to one support or group activities contact Steph Martin on 07989 728 178 or email: [email protected]
